Material

The postcards are digitally designed by Yani from Y.Illustrations and then digitally printed on 300g/m2 postcard paper. They are sent plastic-free in a paper bag.

Shipment

For shipping, we put the postcards in a Paper bag to protect them.

We also make sure that the cards are securely attached between the other products in your order. So if you can't find them straight away, take a look on the inside of the shipping box, where we sometimes stick the postcard bag 😊

Made in Germany

Our CARRY Bottles are designed in Berlin, manufactured in southern Lower Saxony from regional raw materials and printed just 40 km away in Hehlen.

Made from recycled glass

We use around 60% of broken glass from the region's waste glass containers. This way we reduce the amount of material and energy used in the glass melting process!

Feels good

Our products are made with love and our designs reflect what is important to us. The CARRYs fit nicely in the hand and the feel invites you to touch them 😊

Yani x CARRY

When we discovered Y.Illustrations' Instagram account, we were immediately in love. With her illustrations, the artist draws attention to topics such as self-love, appreciation, mindfulness and gratitude. We love her illustration style and the way she focuses on women in a wide variety of everyday situations 😊

It quickly became clear to all of us that we wanted to work together and we really like the resulting design REMINDER TO YOURSELF - and luckily you do too! We also have a few postcards from Yani in our shop to match.

About the artist:Yani - the artist behind Y.Illustrations - was born in Indonesia and grew up in Germany. After studying communication design in Hamburg, she now works as a full-time illustrator and has already implemented great collaborations. In her own Online shop she sells her products, which she lovingly packages and ships herself.

How much are the shipping costs?

We ship within Europe. The shipping and packaging costs are calculated as a flat rate per package and amount to €3.90 within Germany, €9.90 to EU countries and €19.90 to Switzerland. For letter mail we charge €0.90 within Germany and €1.20 for international mail. If you have any questions about shipping, please send us an email to hallo@carrybottles.com.
For orders over 40€, shipping to Germany is free.

The delivery time for our products from the shop is usually around 1-3 days and within the EU 5-7 days. Please note that no parcels are delivered on Sundays and public holidays.

Can I have my package sent to a Packstation?

Unfortunately not, as this is not possible with our shipping service provider.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this link to track the delivery of your package and adjust the delivery details in advance.

Which shipping service provider is used for shipping?

We send all our packages with DPD, which ensures safe and fast transport to your desired address. With the shipment, you will also receive your own tracking number from us by email. This way you can use the DPD shipment tracking on www.dpd.com/tracking. You can check the delivery status at any time. Please note that deliveries cannot be made on public holidays (depending on the federal state).

How are vouchers sent?

You can also buy Vouchers with the amounts of 10€, 20€, 30€ or 50€. These are sent exclusively digitally and you will receive them by email after completing and paying for your order.

How can I exchange my order?

If you do not like the products you received or if you would like to change or cancel your order, you will be responsible for the shipping costs yourself. You can use a shipping service provider of your choice and send the package to the address below.

Please also contact us by email or telephone so that we can identify your package. Once we have received the goods, you will either receive a new product or your money back.
