Shipping and delivery

We do ship all our packages with DHL, to provide a safe and fast transport to your requested address. Whether it is your house, the office or to a neighbor – a safe and reliable delivery is very important for us. Once your order has been dispatched you will get your tracking number send by email. With your tracking number, you can check online at the latest package status and estimated delivery date.
Please note that we do not ship on national holidays (depending on the state).

Before shipping the ordered goods, we always pack them safely and in accordance with your requirements. Glass is a fragile material, but with different inserts and upholstery we have found a way to pack your products in the best possible way. Transport damage is virtually non-existent. In case of damage, please do not accept the package and return it directly to us.

We ship within Europe. The shipping and packaging costs are calculated flat rate per parcel and amount to 3,90€ within Germany, 15,00€ to countries in the EU and 20,00€ to Switzerland. If you have any questions about shipping, you can send us an e-mail to .

The delivery time for our products from the shop is usually about 2-3 days and within the EU 5-7 days. Please note that on Sundays and public holidays there is no delivery of parcels.

Exchange and Returns

If your delivery is faulty, we will send you a free return note within a few days. If you do not like your order or if you change or cancel your order, you will bear the shipping costs yourself. In such cases, please contact us by e-mail or telephone. Upon receipt of the goods, you will receive either a new product or your money back.
