For special occasions such as birthdays, weddings or an employee anniversary, a one-time tax exemption limit of €60 applies. This regulation allows companies to express their appreciation in special moments.
There is also a tax exemption limit of €35 (including VAT) per person per year for gifts to external partners. This limit applies to gifts made for business reasons and for which no return is expected.
