For this recipe, we have to go into a bit more detail: Yesterday, we were stuck in a basket with 50% off goods in our local supermarket - goods that no longer look particularly nice, but still taste delicious. And there were these dark-colored Brussels sprouts. As expected, you only had to remove the outer leaves to discover the beautiful green inner values of the small vegetable. So a quick recipe was needed to use up the Brussels sprouts as quickly as possible. This recipe with smoked tofu is similar to traditional cabbage recipes with ham or sausages. This pasta recipe is vegan, however :)
