Ganz ohne Paraffin aus Erdöl, Stearin aus Palmöl oder Wachs aus Lebensmitteln wie Soja- oder Rapsöl. Probiere es aus und baue dir deine eigenen nachhaltigen Kerzen!

Material

Luchsberg hat Kerzen & Wachsfeuer neu gedacht und nutzt Wachs aus recyceltem & gereinigtem Pflanzenöl, welches nicht mehr als Lebensmittel verwendet werden kann. Nach dem Waste-to-Produkt-Ansatz vermeidet Luchsberg so Abfall und die Nutzung von Primärrohstoffen.

Pflegehinweis

Kürze den Docht vor jedem neuen Anzünden auf ca. 0,4 cm, damit die Kerze besser brennt. Die optimale Brenndauer liegt zwischen 1,5 bis 3,5 Stunden, jedoch mindestens so lange, bis die ganze Oberfläche geschmolzen ist. Das Glas wird heiß, lass die Kerze daher nicht bis zum Glasboden brennen ( >0,5 cm).

Lasst die Kerze nie alleine im Raum stehen!

Um die Wachsreste aus dem CARRY Glass zu lösen, einfach heißes Wasser in das Glas geben und das Wachs lässt sich ganz leicht herauslösen.

Our CARRY Bottles are designed in Berlin, manufactured in southern Lower Saxony from regional raw materials and printed just 40 km away in Hehlen.

Made from recycled glass

We use around 60% of broken glass from the region's waste glass containers. This way we reduce the amount of material and energy used in the glass melting process!

How much are the shipping costs?

We ship within Europe. The shipping and packaging costs are calculated as a flat rate per package and amount to €3.90 within Germany, €9.90 to EU countries and €19.90 to Switzerland. For letter mail we charge €0.90 within Germany and €1.20 for international mail. If you have any questions about shipping, please send us an email to hallo@carrybottles.com.
For orders over 40€, shipping to Germany is free.

The delivery time for our products from the shop is usually around 1-3 days and within the EU 5-7 days. Please note that no parcels are delivered on Sundays and public holidays.

Can I have my package sent to a Packstation?

Unfortunately not, as this is not possible with our shipping service provider.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this link to track the delivery of your package and adjust the delivery details in advance.

Which shipping service provider is used for shipping?

We send all our packages with DPD, which ensures safe and fast transport to your desired address. With the shipment, you will also receive your own tracking number from us by email. This way you can use the DPD shipment tracking on www.dpd.com/tracking. You can check the delivery status at any time. Please note that deliveries cannot be made on public holidays (depending on the federal state).

How are vouchers sent?

You can also buy Vouchers with the amounts of 10€, 20€, 30€ or 50€. These are sent exclusively digitally and you will receive them by email after completing and paying for your order.

How can I exchange my order?

If you do not like the products you received or if you would like to change or cancel your order, you will be responsible for the shipping costs yourself. You can use a shipping service provider of your choice and send the package to the address below.

Please also contact us by email or telephone so that we can identify your package. Once we have received the goods, you will either receive a new product or your money back.
