Material

We make our CARRY Bottles out of glass. This is ideal for reusable drinking bottles because it is tasteless, healthy and easy to clean.

Our glass is also particularly sustainable: we use 60% recycled glass and thus reduce material and energy consumption.

The screw cap is a natural product and is made from pollutant-free polypropylene (PP) with FSC-certified upcycled wood fibers. The removable sealing disc is made of odorless silicone.

Cleaning & care

The longer you use your CARRY, the more sustainable it becomes! To ensure that you can enjoy your bottle for a long time and that it remains germ-free and odorless, you should clean the bottle and lid regularly.

Bottle, lid and sealing lid can be cleaned in the dishwasher - it is best to remove the seal from the lid. Of course, you can also rinse the bottle thoroughly or clean it with a bottle brush.

You are not using your bottle for a few days? Just leave the lid open, so the bottle can dry and stays free of odors.

To ensure that your CARRY remains a product of the heart with a beautiful design, you should protect the printed design from abrasion caused by sand and sharp objects such as keys or knives (dishwasher).

Made in Germany

Our CARRY Bottles are designed in Berlin, manufactured in southern Lower Saxony from regional raw materials and printed just 40 km away in Hehlen.

Made from recycled glass

We use around 60% of broken glass from the region's waste glass containers. This way we reduce the amount of material and energy used in the glass melting process!

Naima x CARRY

The design LOVE IS LOVE was created by Naïma. In 2021 she already designed the designs SOUL SISTERS, INCLUSIVE and POWER UP for the CARRY Bottle. The artist says of her current design: “I feel very grateful I could draw about love and the LGBTQIA+ community. Love in all its forms is the most beautiful thing that exists. [...] everyone deserves love, care and happiness, no matter their gender or sexual orientation.”

About the artist: Naïma is the designer at Glitter Power Club, a design agency from France. She creates colorful and humorous patterns and illustrations for all kinds of printable surfaces. She finds her inspiration in her values, in nature motifs and in the music she listens to. She loves to paint women and diversity. And she also paints funny animals, crazy tropical patterns, fruits and generally anything that makes her smile. Her work is her small contribution to a better world. With her colorful motifs, she wants to give people something positive and make diversity the norm.

Is the bottle shatterproof?

The drinking bottle is made of robust glass so that it can accompany you in everyday life for as long as possible. It is so-called soda-lime glass, which is made from natural raw materials such as sand. The bottle offers you protection against breakage in the event of minor impacts. Nevertheless, glass remains fragile, which is why you should protect the bottle from falling from a great height.

Is the drinking bottle dishwasher safe?

Yes, the drinking bottle is dishwasher safe!

You can also clean the lid and the sealing disc inside in the dishwasher. To do this, simply remove the silicone disc from the lid and place it in the cutlery compartment.

After cleaning, you can dry both components thoroughly and press the silicone disc back into the lid.
When cleaning in the dishwasher, it is important that no objects such as a knife scratch the bottle, as these can damage the print.

You can of course also clean the bottle by hand or with a brush. This is particularly gentle on the print :) The main thing is that you clean the bottle and the lid regularly. This way they stay germ-free and odorless and you can enjoy your bottle for a long time.

Can I put hot water or tea in the glass bottle?

Yes, you can fill the bottle with hot water and make yourself a tea in it. A tip from the team: We even use the CARRYs as a teapot and hot water bottle at the same time 😊

PLEASE NOTE: Glass does not like extreme temperature changes and can crack. To avoid thermal shock, pour the hot water into the bottle very slowly or pour in a little lukewarm water first and mix in the hot water. The lukewarm water also has the advantage that you can drink the tea more quickly and you can handle the bottle better because it does not get as hot.

Can the bottle leak?

Yes, our drinking bottles are leak-proof, even with carbonated drinks. There is a sealing disc inside the cap. This allows you to carry your bottle in your bag or backpack without any problems. However, you should always check that the lid is securely on the bottle and screwed on properly. This is the only way to ensure that the bottle is leak-proof.

Is the CARRY glass bottle BPA-free and free of harmful substances?

Yes! With a CARRY Bottle you live healthily and sustainably. Unlike plastic bottles, our glass bottles are 100% BPA-free, contain no plasticizers and do not contain any other harmful substances. This is because glass is a material that does not absorb or release any (harmful) substances. The lid and the silicone disc are also food-safe and free of BPA and other harmful substances. This means you can enjoy your natural drinking water on the go with a clear conscience and do something good for your health.
